Privacy policy

The short version

Files you open in our tools are processed inside your browser on your own device. They are not uploaded, not transmitted to us, and not stored anywhere on our side. We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not sell personal data.

What we do not collect

• Your files. There is no upload step — the file you choose is read directly by your browser.
• File names, image contents or document contents.
• Accounts, passwords or profiles — the service requires no registration.
• Precise location data.

What is stored on your device

We store a single preference in your browser's localStorage: your cookie notice choice (accept or decline). It contains no personal data and never leaves your device. You can clear it at any time from your browser settings.

Server logs

Like any website, the pages themselves are delivered by a hosting provider (Cloudflare). That provider may keep standard technical logs — IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp — for security and abuse prevention. These logs relate to page requests, not to the contents of your files, because your files are never sent to the server.

Advertising and analytics

The site currently serves no advertising and runs no third-party analytics. If advertising is introduced in the future, this page will be updated first, a consent choice will be requested before any non-essential cookie is set, and declining will remain a real option that changes what loads.

Children's privacy

The service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Your rights

Because we do not hold personal data about you, there is generally nothing for us to export, correct or delete. If you believe we hold something that belongs to you, contact us and we will look into it.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that affects what happens to your files, the change will be described here and the "last updated" date will move.
